Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 3-4 tsp oil
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- a little more than 3/4th tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dhaniyala powder
Procedure
- Heat the oil in a saute pan
- Cut the potatoes into small pieces
- Add turmeric to the oil
- Add the potatoes to the oil
- Let the potatoes brown
- Add salt, chilli powder, and dhaniyala powder
- Mix and serve
