Ingredients
- 1/2 kg bhendi
- 4 tsp oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp chilli powder
Procedure
- Heat the oil in a saute pan
- Chop the onion into small pieces and add it to the oil
- Once the oil gets a golden brown color, add the okra and cover the pan with a lid for it to cook
- Remove the lid once the okra gets a light green color
- Now add the salt and chilli powder and fry it for 5-10 mins, until it reaches the desired level of crispness
