Ingredients
- oil
- raw peanuts
- mustard seeds
- cumin seeds
- urad dal (minnapappu)
- bengal gram (shenapappu)
- green chillies
- ginger
- curry leaves
- turmeric
- white rice
- salt
- lemon
Procedure

- Take some oil in a pan on low heat
- Add raw peanuts to it
- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, bengal gram, green chilies, ginger, and curry leaves to the pan
- Fry all of these till light brown
- Add 1/4 tsp turmeric
- Turn off the stove and place it aside
- Add white rice to this and mix
- Add salt and squeeze the juice from half a lemon
- Mix, let it rest for 30 mins and serve
