Ingredients
- Fettuccine Pasta
- Parmigiano Reggiano
- Salt
- Pepper
Procedure
- Cook the pasta till al dente
- Drain the pasta and preserve 1/2 cup of pasta water
- Add 2 cups of grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- Swirl around till you get a creamy sauce, adding pasta water to melt the cheese if necessary
- Season with salt and pepper
