Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled)
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup walnuts/pine nuts
- 1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano
Procedure
- add the basil leaves to a blender/food processor
- add the walnuts/pine nuts
- add the garlic
- add the Parmigiano Reggiano
- blend the mixture
- stream in the olive oil while blending
